OJ Simpson has entered a plea of not guilty to robbery and kidnapping charges over his involvement in an incident with two sports memorabilia dealers.
The 60 year old appeared at Las Vegas Regional Justice Centre to answer charges relating to an alleged armed hold up at a casino hotel room in September.
OJ, and his lawyers contend that no guns were displayed and that he intended only to retrieve items that had been stolen from him, including photographs and football awards.
Prosecutors allege the heist in Las Vegas netted tens of thousands of dollars of sports collectibles that bore no connection to Mr Simpson.
Simpson's co-accused Charles Ehrlich and Clarence Stewart also pleaded not guilty.
The three men face a total of 12 charges relating to the incident, and will stand trial on April 7th next year.

Simpson arraignment set for Wednesday
Over the weekend, Simpson was booked on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit burglary, and burglary with a firearm committed in a Palace Station Hotel room.
The district attorney has until Wednesday morning to file formal charges. In the meantime, Simpson will be held without bail until he is arraigned in Judge Ann Zimmerman's courtroom on Wednesday morning. He will be taken from the Clark County Detention Center through an underground tunnel into the Regional Justice Center and up to her courtroom.
Judge Zimmerman is also expected to address what Simpson's bail should be. If the district attorney's office does not file the necessary paperwork by Wednesday and prosecutors can't provide the judge with a good reason for why they shouldn't do it, then Judge Zimmerman will be forced to release Simpson from custody.
